Air conditioner didn't work in our room. Instead of the king-size bed we paid for, we ended up with a queen that felt hard as a rock. The fridge was completely nonfunctional, and the TV? Just a black screen. Breakfast options were lukewarm, and most choices had already been cleared out, leaving little more than scraps.

I can't wait to see the completed upgrades later this year. I scored a fantastic rate, a big plus since nearby hotels were much pricier. The social hour did have a friendly vibe, although the change to just one free drink was disappointing. I felt a bit let down by the room. We booked a king but got a queen instead, and it was really hard. The fridge didn't work, the TV just showed a black screen, and breakfast options were often cold and running low. It's hard to recommend this place as it stands, with several issues needing attention, but the potential is there.

Just a good pick for a walk in the evening in Troy with a good price-quality ratio. The breakfast options were decent to start the day right.

I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The ambiance was lovely, and they even offered a mini dinner that was both delicious and a fantastic way to unwind. I also appreciated their warm welcome for my service dog, Bear. Highly recommend!
